Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated: July 2, 2026
Welcome to Kyber. By using the learnkyber.com website or the Kyber app (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Who Can Use Kyber
You must be at least 13 years old to use Kyber. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is accurate.
2. Using the Service
Use Kyber for its intended purpose — helping you study and stay organized — and not to do anything illegal, harmful, or disruptive to Kyber or other users. You’re responsible for your account and anything that happens under it, so keep your login details secure.
3. Kyber Is in Beta
Kyber is currently a free, early-stage product. We do not collect any personal information from you through the website today — see our Privacy Policy for details. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice while we’re in beta, and we don’t currently offer any paid plans. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
4. Intellectual Property
Kyber and its content, design, and branding belong to us. Anything you create or upload in Kyber remains yours — we just need a basic license to use it to operate the Service for you.
5. Ending Your Use
You can stop using Kyber at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Kyber isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. You use Kyber at your own risk.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Kyber grows. We’ll post the current version here and update the date above when we do.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
